Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a talented individual to develop a warm, Recruitment desk in the Nottingham Brook Street office. We are currently going through an exciting growth period and are looking for a tenacious individual to join our growing team.
As Recruitment Consultant you will have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills on the phone, email and in person.

You will be dealing with clients in a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities.
Don`t worry if you don`t have previous experience in recruitment, we provide industry-leading training and development. This will also be accompanied with on the job training by me, Claire the Branch Manager who has over 13 years recruitment experience and knowledge.

You will ideally have a background in target driven environment, hold a Full Driving Licence to enable you go out to meet with and develop new and existing business in the local Nottingham area.

As a recruitment consultant at Brook Street you will receive
Intensive 12 week training programme with branch and national support to help you be successful in your role and make lots of money
Competitive salary and bonus with OTE of up to £30k although this is uncapped
An excellent benefits package including private health care & pension scheme as well as a share save scheme
Monday to Friday 8 -5 although you do need to be flexible
