JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Administrator.
Salary: £17k to £20k depending on experience.
The role will involve be responsible for providing a high level of service to internal and external customers, including liaising with account managers, line managers and advisors.
The key areas of accountability will be:-
- To support the department on all related administration duties
- To include ensuring customer orders, quotations and enquires are processed accurately
- To adhere within the timescales appropriate to the delivery of excellent customer service
- Meeting, as a minimum, the targets as set by the business
- Supporting the Customer Service Team Leader on a daily basis
- Providing administrative support to colleagues.
