Contracts Manager - North London - Top Tier Contractor
A leading construction contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across North London. This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work with a privately-owned contractor delivering major projects across education, commercial, leisure and retail sectors.
As a Contracts Manager you will oversee multiple projects at construction phase which can range from GBP10m - GBP50m. You work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the schemes are being completed to budget, programme and to the satisfaction of the Client.
Key Duties:
- Management of 2 to 3 construction projects in North London
- Working with clients, design teams and stakeholders
- Management and support of site delivery teams
- Reporting to Construction Director

This Contracts Manager position has a guideline salary of GBP76,000 - GBP84,000 + Car Package + Bonus + Benefits
