Gardeners & Grounds Staff 
Broughton-in-Furness, Cumbria 
£19k upwards, depending on experience  

Our client obsesses about high standards across the whole company. With offices across four sites in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District, their grounds are no exception. You’ll primarily be based at our client’s 40 acre Eccle Riggs estate on the outskirts of Broughton-in-Furness and will play a key part in looking after their extensive private gardens and grounds (including a golf course and cricket pitch). At times our client will ask you to work on any of their other sites, so a driving licence is essential.

You may have a few years’ experience already, or you could be looking for a change of career. There’ll be opportunities to learn and develop, and the important thing is you’ll take great pride in your work.  You’ll be:

- Self motivated (able to work on your own) 
- An effective communicator and a good team player
- Flexible — happy to help out where needed 
- Disciplined in your approach to everyday tasks
- Able to organise and plan daily work schedules
