Property Maintenance Tradesperson

This growing business have a vacancy in the Maintenance Team for an experienced, versatile, skilled tradesperson with a wide variety of skills including some or all of the following:

- General property maintenance
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical repair

Whilst you may not have formal qualifications in all areas they will expect you to have demonstrable experience of maintaining properties to a very high standard in either a facilities, estates maintenance, caretaker or general handyman capacity. At all times you will be expected to work efficiently, leaving all properties clean and tidy whilst complying with relevant Health & Safety procedures to ensure a very professional outcome.

You must have your own tools & transport and you will benefit from a free on-site gym, a mileage allowance and negotiable salary based on experience. There are two permanent full time roles available to cover our properties in both Leicester and Coventry.
