Project management officer

I am currently recruiting for project management officer for a well established public sector client based in Sheffield. This is a temporary full time contract of 37 hours per week with a view to extend for the successful applicant. The pay rate starts at £10- £11 per hour with weekly pay.

The role will include:

• Minimum of 3 days per week in the office (remaining days could be completed from home or another client location)
• Free on-site parking available at Sheffield
• Highly organised and methodical individual able to work at pace with an attention to detail
• Must to able to work on more than one project at anyone time and see the "bigger picture" of how each element connects
• Must have previous, recent PM Officer experience
• Will be supporting OD Programme Lead to deliver on a set Corporate OD plan

Tasks will include:

• Keeping project plans up-to-date, chasing actions and reporting to OD Lead on progress
• Researching of various project aspects (all HR/people related topics e. training, induction, appraisal etc)
• Drafting of project briefs, business cases, highlight reports
• Analysing information/data and drafting update reports and end project reports
• Assisting project team to design and develop products to support the OD plan
• Assisting the project team to work with staff and managers to test products and collate feedback
• Supporting the OD Lead in terms of diary management, travel bookings etc
