A vacancy exists for a hands-on Night Shift Deputy Supervisor, supporting the Night Shift Supervisor within a small team based at a busy distribution depot in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

Essential experience:

• Warehouse, Manual Handling
• Previous supervisory experience
• Fork lift licence essential (Counterbalance).
• Must have own transport.

General warehouse duties including shift supervision in absence of Night Shift Supervisor, Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and housekeeping.

The successful applicant will be physically fit, and will be comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting as you will be involved in the handling and loading of carpets rolls and cuts and other general flooring products. The successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic, good literacy and numeracy skills, a reasonable knowledge of using computers, an outstanding attendance record in previous jobs and will be calm under pressure.

Salary £20915 rising to £21915 after trial period (plus bonuses) for the right candidate, who will meet ALL of the above criteria.
