Our client is an independent housing company providing more than 9,000 quality affordable homes within the Trafford area of Manchester. CleanStart is a nationally recognised social enterprise within the trust that has been designed to give people the support and opportunities they need to make a fresh start.

The Enterprise Coach and Co-ordinator works to:

• Identify, develop and manage relationships with key internal and external agencies / stakeholders
• Co-ordinate all recruitment for the CleanStart team. Including Development of relevant documentation, job offers, salaries bench-marking.
• Deliver appropriate training and coaching support to staff
• Provide researched information to managers, supervisors and mentors to assist signposting providing clients with appropriate support
• Manage the Social Value performance of the service by establishing effective and efficient performance management processes, making use of the right data and performance insight to inform operational management and performance improvements
• Build a high performing team of staff with the skills, commitment and capabilities to deliver the administrative and employment programme
