Construction Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer. Oxfordshire
Mechanical engineering, Diesel engine, laptop diagnostics and auto electrics required. Transferral skill and industry experience will be considered with relevant industry leading training provided for the right candidates.
GBP14 per hour (38 hours / week Paid door to door) + Overtime + fully expensed company vehicle + Tools + 25 days Holiday (and 8 days Bank holiday)
Over time opportunities are plenty. OTE 35K PLUS very realistic.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Construction Plant Engineer to work on a range excavators and articulated dump trucks with in an internationally recognised and established Construction Plant manufacturer & solutions provider.
Company:
Large renowned group, specialising in the manufacture,supply and service of a branded range of construction plant equipment for the earth moving, recycling, demolition, plant hire and Civil Engineering markets are seeking to expand their service team and field engineering expertise.
Job Role :
Your time will be spent based from home and travelling to customer sites, providing a broad range of electro -mechanical repairs for a range of construction plant machinery.
You will benefit from receiving a van and working hours paid at door to door, with overtime paid in addition of double time for any Saturdays and Sundays.
The right person will need to be prepared to build customer relationships and support the expansion of the portfolio of customers and adhere and sustain to all health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Previous construction plant experience and specifically excavators and articulated dump trucks ideal. However
Apprentice trained / NVQ level 3 construction plant desirable.
OEM experience highly desirable.
Field service engineering experience
Good command of the English Language - Essential
Commercially aware
Customer facing / relationship builder
UK / EU Drivers licence ( no more than 6 points )
