GP Practice Manager, St Asaph
Are you forward thinking, organised, a problem solver with experience in small business management?
We’re looking for a replacement practice manager to organise, plan and manage the day to day running of our St Asaph based surgery in conjunction with the GP Partners.
The post is full time (30 – 37.5 hrs negotiable) over 5 days, permanent and offers a salary of £32-38K FTE dependent on skills and experience.
Pension – NHS Scheme.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate small business experience at a management level including staffing, budgeting, finance, change management and customer care. Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills are, similarly, essential.
Experience of primary care / the nGMS contract / the NHS is preferred but not essential.
