FINTEC recruit is seeking Senior Planner for our client based in Rugby. This role is a permanent position with salary £30,000 to £34,000. This role requires MRTPI qualified Town Planner certification or will be considered if working towards this. You will require to hold a driving licence and your own vehicle.
Responsibilities :-
- To offer planning advice and manage associated external consultants and the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and local plan representations
Skills and Experience for the Senior Planner:-
- GIS experience required
- Have a strong understanding of local and national planning policy is essential.
- Competent in office based software, such as Microsoft office, outlook, GIS and mapping.
- MRTPI certification or working towards
