Actuarial Manager

£52000 - £65000 per annum + benefits
Company client is seeking to appoint an Actuarial Manager to its pensions team in Birmingham.
Your role will entail the pensions aspect of M&As, UK and international pension arrangements, strategy projects e.g. scheme design and benefit change, and de-risking projects e.g. buy-outs and buy-ins.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified actuary to take a step up in his/her actuarial career.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships with board level corporate and Trustee clients.
There's lots of scope for wide ranging project work in this position. As a snapshot, your role will entail the pensions aspect of M&As, UK and international pension arrangements, strategy projects e.g. scheme design and benefit change, and de-risking projects e.g. buy-outs and buy-ins.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and commercially astute individual with excellent client relationship skills. You should have at least 5 years' prior experience in pensions actuarial consultancy.
