Registered Cluster Manager

We have an exciting role managing a purpose built facility working with adults with learning disabilities.

You will be joining a fantastic team which will support you to develop your management techniques and allow you to achieve your level 5 qualifications. You will be required to ensure the home complies with all legal obligation and implements any new legislature as required. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the home including; budgeting, liaising with the service users family, maintaining the staff rota and all other tasks relating to the management of the home.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated person who shares the same passion for care as the company. You must be dedicated to the growth of the company and strive to improve the care given to the service user.

The requirement for this job are as follows :
1. A car driving license with access to a vehicle and business use insurance.
2. Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People`s Services level 5 or equivalent, or ability to achieve one within 12 months (see `Qualifications` standard in HR Handbook).
3. 2 years or more registered managers experience working with adults with learning disabilities.

£29,269 - £30,257 with benefits.
