You will be a confident communicator in order to engage well with your audience and influence at the highest level, ensuring the needs of all your stakeholders are fully understood and met. This post will be based in Bristol but due to the nature of the role some travel may be required.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of training from induction through to advanced consultative sales to improve the performance of the media sales team
- Working in partnership with the local sales managers to ensure each individual receives appropriate training and development tailored to suit their individual needs a
- Support sales people in growing their understanding of their customers to establish excellent knowledge of their audience in order to offer a range of print and digital solutions
- Design training solutions and deliver training programmes
- Side by side coaching and evaluating development activities across a variety of media sales roles through to manager level
Ideal Candidate
You will have previous experience working in a fast paced sale role along with a keen interest in coaching and developing commercial teams. Alternatively you may already have a proven track record of working in a commercial training and development role and be looking for your next challenge. You will be commercially astute and possess a strong understanding of how the commercial digital world operates. You will possess an in depth knowledge of modern sales practices, models and principles along with a desire to continue to innovate and improve.
