TBAP Aspire AP Academy in Harlow is a 5-16 years' alternative provision that provides full-time education and support for up to 103 learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. We have an inclusive philosophy and believe passionately in giving every learner we meet many chances to succeed.
We are now looking for two experienced Teaching Assistants to join our Primary provision. This job is about turning around the lives of vulnerable learners. Yes, it's a big challenge, but it's also an inspiring opportunity to work with young people with complex needs who require extra support to achieve their ambitions.
