Customer Service and Projects Advisor
Full Time Monday to Friday, 9 - 5, remote weekend cover for emergencies on rotation
Salary £20 - £22k + benefits including wellbeing scheme, sickness benefit, free parking, retail discounts and up to 28 days annual leave plus public holidays
Location - SK6 2SN - Bredbury/Stockport

Principle Responsibilities

We're looking for a reliable, customer focused advisor with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a positive outlook to join our customer service team of seven.

* Answering phone calls / delivering customer service via telephone and email
* Processing orders for mobile and telephony hardware
* Making administrative changes to customer accounts
* Monitoring billing to ensure charges are correct, highlighting problems early
* Solving problems when services aren't working correctly
* Offering advice
* Coordinating customer projects - planning and scheduling, ordering equipment, ordering telephone and broadband services, booking engineers, resolving issues
* Preparing and presenting billing data in reports for the sales process
* Maintaining accurate customer records across all internal systems

About You

You'll be coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve problems, make changes and process orders. You'll be communicating over the telephone and email and supporting our full range of products and services; business fixed lines, internet, telephone systems and business mobiles.

You'll be a highly proactive team player, collaborating with those around you to solve problems and take the effort away from our customers. Your communications skills will enable you to build relationships by setting clear expectations and delivering on your promises. Your planning and organisational skills will be essential to manage the flow of priorities in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

Skills and Experience

* Business to business customer service in SME environment
* Working with technology
* Computer literate - MS Office Suite
* Good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent)
* Specific support or provisioning knowledge of our products / partners would be a distinct advantage (BT Open Reach, O2, Gamma, Zen Internet)
