The Job Role:

As an Internal Sales Executive you will be an essential member of an energetic, ambitious and professional sales team.

Purpose of the Role:

Supporting the Company sales strategy, you will ensure that internal and external customers are dealt with efficiently and accurately using your knowledge as a professional IT Internal Sales Executive to provide internal account management and support to both the Sales team and External Sales Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively liaising with customers as required ensuring best service is delivered
  • Assisting in the process of closing business throughout the month to ensure the successful achievement of the forecasted number
  • Management of renewal quotations and reporting within allocated accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender responses and proposals.
  • Preparing, issuing and processing accurate quotations and to proactively follow up when necessary
  • Maintaining a full understanding of the CRM system, formulating reports, maintaining accurate records and sales order processing
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the accurate provision of information and quotes
  • Providing sales support to the external sales account managers
  • Provide a central point of contact for customers and the Company
  • Provide cover and support to the Hardware Purchasing function in the event of absence or during busy periods

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Incredibly organised, resourceful and able to multi task
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Preferably have experience of the IT industry with a proven sales background (but not essential)
  • Have the ability to maintain and develop relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work equally well independently as well as part of a team
  • Be results driven
