We are Kebomed UK, an internationally operating manufacturer and distributor of innovative medical devices and surgical implants. 

Due to ongoing growth, we are now looking for an Office Administrator to join our hard-working team in Cullompton.

You’ll have the chance to get stuck in to a range of tasks, from administration to customer service, enabling you to broaden your knowledge and make a clear impact within the business. 

The Role: 

As an Office Administrator, you will perform a range of customer service and administration tasks to support the smooth running of the business. 

In this fast-moving role, you will: 

- Work closely with two Administrators and the Managing Director 
- Help to manage the office 
- Act as the first point of contact for customers 
- Take customer orders, prepare and send quotes and respond to any complaints or feedback 
- Providing accurate invoices 
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence 

About You:

To be considered, you will need: 

- Previous administration experience 
- An understanding of IT and office protocols 
- Excellent relationship-building skills  
- A self-motivated approach 
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
