They deliver and manage best-of-breed cloud services as one of the core pillars of their business. They are now looking for a Product Manager to take responsibility for their Public Cloud Services portfolio, contributing towards the definition and delivery of their product strategy and commercial success. Focus areas will include (but not be limited to); Public Cloud (Azure and AWS) and Private Cloud infrastructure and applications (Office 365).

As their Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, market and competitor trends and contributing towards the Cloud Services product roadmap. Additionally, you will define products, model and set commercial pricing and manage the profitability of your products. Classed as the subject matter expert for your product sets, you will have full product lifecycle responsibility and be required to manage vendor relationships; meaning cross department collaboration and representing your products internally and externally.

This role demands a results driven individual who has the ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel, often with changing requirements and priorities. With good working knowledge of the leading suppliers’ products and services, you will have experience and a demonstrable track record in developing product ideas and product portfolio management. Excellent communications to include the ability to present product plans and commercial performance clearly is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.

They also require you to have proven commercial understanding of how to market such products and a strong commercial acumen. Able to deliver within tight deadlines, you will demonstrate creativity and have the ability to inform marketing executions. Relationships with systems suppliers is desirable but not essential, however they do ask that you have a strong understanding of Public Cloud (Azure&AWS) / Hosting / DataAnalytics / Unified Comms including technology and its commercial application, as well as good knowledge of customers’ business issues that can be solved by cloud services.
