Their main core business is that of Main Contractor and they are capable of carrying out all types of Building Construction including Major or Minor Refurbishments, New Build and Major Extensions. There is no one particular sector they are involved in as they do work for the commercial, council's and private sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the preparation of their tender submissions in their entirety or as part of a team dependent on the particular requirements of the bid. You will also liaise with, consultants and client's representatives. You will be responsible for production of high quality bids.

Qualifications and Skills
- Have knowledge and experience and have experience as an estimator or QS
- Have good skills in mathematics
- Have good skills in IT (Must include previous estimating software experience - They currently use Causeway)
- Be able to create good written submissions supporting their priced bids
- Be methodical, well organised & be able to work to deadlines
- Be able to work as part of a team and coordinate the activities of that team for any tender you are involved in
- Have high attention to detail
- Have awareness of safety and health issues
- Have good customer service skills and be able to convey a professional image that reflects the values of the business
- Be adaptable, self-motivated and able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment with shifting deadlines and priorities
