The modern coffee shop is part of a larger offering set within a 4* hotel in waterloo, successful not only from the hotel guests but also passing trade especially when special events are held in the area.The hotel is always striving for excellence and they know that investing in individuals will result in them investing in the business and giving 110%.

As Coffee Shop Manager  no two days will be the same with high street and hotel guest visiting.  Your main role will be to ensure you and your team deliver inspirational service and exceed their guest expectations whilst meeting the agreed brand standards.

My client is looking for a Coffee Shop Manager who can lead and infuse the team with energy and experience of a high street coffee shop whilst having a large focus on the commercial side of the business and finding new ways to drive sales.  They are looking for someone who can drive revenue and develop the team to do the same.

As the brand is franchised the Coffee Shop manager would have an advantage if they had experience of a franchised business.  Also experience working with illy coffee would be a great advantage but not a necessity.
