We are an Outstanding Early Years setting in Sudbury, Wembley. We provide a secure, stimulating and happy environment for our children and their families.

Hours of work will range between 7.30am and 3pm, depending on shifts, term times only.

Salary: £160.00 to £270.00 per week depending on hours worked/shifts.

You will undergo a DBS check to ensure our policy of safeguarding children, their families and staff, is in place at all times.

We are recruiting staff team members to join us and share the responsibility for the care, welfare and education of the children in our care aged 2 - 4 years old. You will work alongside highly motivated and professional colleagues who will support you as part of the team.

You will also be required to :

  • have current working knowledge of Child Development and the EYFS
  • have current working knowledge of the OFSTED common inspection framework
  • be genuinely passionate about supporting children learn and develop
  • have very good verbal and written communication English skills plus good basic ICT skills
  • be an excellent communicator with children in your care to promote quality interactions
  • be able to use your initiative to make a positive difference within the setting
  • be physically fit and able to safely move furniture and resources
  • ideally have a current qualification in First Aid
  • You will have many opportunities for continuing your Professional Development

Qualifications and Skills

NVQ/NNEB Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare & Development

If you have a Level 2 relevant qualification alongside relevant work experience and are currently studying Level 3 or plan to study Level 3 we would like to hear from you.
