Play your part in creating life long memories for around 8,000 children and young people each year. Woodrow High House is London Youth's Grade II listed residential centre in South Bucks - just 3 miles from the Amersham Metropolitan Line station. We've been here since 1945, delivering high quality outdoor learning and providing a magical space for youngsters to enjoy the outdoors and time away from home. You will be responsible for the development of the strategic plan to secure new and current business. We expect you to come with experience of having worked in a sales and marketing capacity, bringing with you the essential skills that will enable you to hit the ground running. You will be an all-rounder who is responsible for securing income targets - circa GBP850k p.a. - for the residential centre, feed into the creation of the annual plan and budget, and will lead on delivering the agreed level of performance and the objectives set for the team. You will play a fundamental role in making sure young people have the opportunity to access exceptional outdoor education experiences at Woodrow, working directly with schools, youth groups, members and across the London Youth programme teams to make this happen. You will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment towards ensuring excellence in customer service and enhancing the customer experience. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and energy that will drive forward new revenue generating initiatives, raise the profile of Woodrow to create awareness and drive income generation, and ensure there is a programme of continuous improvement for the Centre.
