This company is looking for a qualified teacher interested in working outside of mainstream schools. They work with a diverse range of young people, typically exhibiting behaviour that means they do not fit into mainstream education. They provide alternative provision tailored to the individual. The successful applicant would largely be working autonomously.
They deliver bespoke education programmes, individually tailored to meet young people's needs.
They work closely with families, parents and carers to ensure young people are able to access education.
They value collaborative practice, working with fellow professionals in education, health and social care to provide the best environment possible for young people to thrive.
Young people who can benefit from their provision:
- Young people out of school for whatever reason.
- Young people in care.
- Young people unable to access mainstream education.
- Young people out of touch with their current education setting.
- Young people with complex needs that require creative solutions to their educational needs.
- Young people with behaviour issues unsuited to mainstream schools.
The successful candidate will receive £25 per hour.
Mainly based in Cheshire East but may branch out further if required.
The initial post is 10-15 hours per week in Nantwich with a young person on the autistic spectrum (high functioning), subsequent posts would be in Cheshire East or further afield if wanted.
