They are currently working with 360 Resourcing Solutions to recruit a IT Support Analyst ( 1^st Line / 2^nd Line ), to join them at their Basingstoke Offices.  Basic salary; £20 + £1000 Shift Allowance plus benefits and career development.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will be part of an exciting team responsible for internal computer system and network support.  As the IT Support Analyst ( 1^st Line / 2^nd Line ) you will provide day-to-day support for staff PCs, Company Network Systems, Software packages and Hardware.

The key elements of the IT Support Analyst ( 1^st Line / 2^nd Line ) role are:

- To ensure all new customer incidents and requests are logged or responded to promptly within the contractual SLA.

- To provide fault diagnosis, call vetting and to increase first time fix rate and to support desktop support.

- To proactively monitor, review and chase outstanding tickets.

The IT Support Analyst ( 1^st Line / 2^nd Line ) must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

- commercial IT Support experience

- exposure to; Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 7, 8 and 10 desktop and laptop support

- Detailed and methodical approach to problem solving.

- Able to digest data, analyse issues, devise and execute action plans as appropriate
