Due to exceptional growth, our client is now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their rapidly expanding team
Applicants can be based at either our Derbyshire or Plymouth office.

Estimator
Job Role
- Co-ordinating technical and commercial submissions from start to finish
- Liaising with all areas of the business as necessary to support the tender process
- Establish quantity of work scope from enquiry documents in a transparent manner
- Comply with client tendering guidelines and procedures
- Collate enquiries for suppliers and subcontractors
- Engaging with subcontractors and encouraging competition and diversity of supply chain
- Representing the Organisation at client meetings
- Offer value engineering options
Candidate
- Strong background in Construction Building Services
- Understanding of the planning and sequencing of construction of projects
- Strong background in Estimating Projects Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
