Heritage Care has fantastic opportunities for Care Workers to join the team at St James Court in High Wycombe. Joining us on a full time or part time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £7.70 per hour.

We have opportunities for Care Workers to join our team. You will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Heritage Care’s policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
As one of our Care Workers, you will need to be a great team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of older people living within the scheme and how to support them to lead valued lives in the community. Good literacy, numerical and verbal skills are a must. It’s also very important that you are organised, patient and of a caring nature.
