Working within the Drawdown Team will offer you the opportunity to develop a vast knowledge of the current services and products they offer here at the Company. Current employees who were previous members of the Drawdown team have since progressed within the company to areas such as;

  • Drawdown Marketing Manager
  • Fraud Analyst
  • Digital Marketing Test Analyst
  • AML Analyst
  • Financial Adviser
  • Operations Control Analyst
  • Pensions Technical

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

They are looking for a Drawdown Associate to join the Servicing area of the Drawdown team. They need a determined, motivated and knowledgeable person to assist with the daily administration tasks within this team. This individual will be pro-active in coming up with ideas to improve efficiencies and scalability wherever possible. This team is growing due to the popularity of the Drawdown product and they only envisage this growth to continue.

Communication is of key importance for this role; the successful candidate will be confident when liaising with various teams within the company, as well as external parties. They are looking for an individual who will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. Previous pension experience would be advantageous.

Above all, they are looking for an individual who is passionate, able to motivate others and driven to succeed.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • A Levels or equivalent
  • Maths and English GCSE grade C and above
  • Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Administrative and client service experience
  • Able to analyse information and summarise to a high standard
  • Proactive and able to work to strict deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Team player
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Flexible

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Financial Services qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Can identify problems and suggest solutions
  • Prepared to go the extra mile
