French or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Executive / Advisor (Full Time or Part Time)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi-channel e-commerce solution provider. Due to continued success and growth, they are currently recruiting for a new team member for a Customer Service role working with and on behalf of their clients, who are successful online retailers using a wide range of platforms including websites and marketplaces. The role can be part time or full time as appropriate to the right candidate, and they are offering fair compensation for a challenging and fulfilling role that will give you the opportunity to learn more about eCommerce, as well as using your outstanding French or Spanish language skills.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide our clients with a high level of service
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Direct any requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal resources, escalating issues as required
- Follow up customer orders with internal departments on time and update customers proactively
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments as appropriate
- Follow up on customer interactions as appropriate
- Support projects to increase customer satisfaction and productivity

The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

- Strong communication skills
- Conversational fluency in French or Spanish and English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Computer literate

The role may suit a recent languages graduate or a native level French or Spanish speaker looking for a new challenge.
