Trainee Account Handler
This company is one of the UK’s leading Chartered Insurance Brokers, ranked in the country’s top 25 and employing over 800 insurance, claims and risk management specialists along with customer service and support staff.
They are looking for 3 Trainee Insurance Account / Claims Handlers to join their busy and expanding Commercial / Motor Trade Divisions in Retford and our Lincoln Commercial Office.
Ideal candidates would be enthusiastic individuals who possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, IT knowledge and be a good verbal communicator / negotiator who’s comfortable speaking on the telephone to clients and insurance companies.
The successful candidates would be provided with full on the job training with the role including interaction with insurers / clients and the preparation of reports and documentation both for clients and/or insurers. Ongoing development would be managed through in-house training and mentoring from colleagues as well as the potential to sit professional qualifications relevant to the role, with a view to the successful individual becoming a qualified insurance specialist.
This role would suit someone who is wishing to start a career in insurance and looking for their first their position in a secure, expanding business.
