ELECTRICIAN

F.J. Reeves & Sons Ltd is a long-established family run building company, based in Sparkford, carrying out projects across South Somerset and surrounding areas.

Qualified Electrician required.

The Qualified Electrician is a key role, capable of fulfilling ECA requirements as qualified supervisor and reporting to the Contracts Manager. The purpose of the role is to carry out all types of electrical work within our construction projects ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Day to day co-ordination of electrical installations in all types of properties
- Electrical Testing
- Fire alarm installation and testing
- Client communication
- Supervision of Apprentice
- Liaising with project managers
- Ensuring a high standard of work

- Completing electrical paperwork as required

Requirements. The following are compulsory:

- All candidates must have current qualifications, City & Guilds, NVQ3, 17^th Edition, Test and Inspect
- Must be capable to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in running electrical works from start to finish
- Full current driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to produce work to a high standard

Other desired requirements:

- Other health and safety qualifications
- Familiar in working to deadlines

Excellent rates of pay with pension. Some training available for the right candidate.
