Mon to Fri 9.00-5.00pm

£16,000-£18,000

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to join their projects team.

Role description:

  • To effectively manage the order process
  • Placing orders onto Sage line 50
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Ordering materials
  • Keeping track of delivery dates
  • Liaise with clients to advise when products are going to arrive
  • Post out manuals
  • Speak to suppliers
  • Sending emails
  • To help the Director with ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required

Person specification:

  • Minimum 1 years admin experience
  • Someone with common sense and able to think on their feet
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • The ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers
  • Sage experience if possible
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
