The company is a diverse but vibrant team of twelve who serve a range of clients' and have a wealth of experience in business services, within the professional services, hospitality, distribution and retail sectors. They have some great clients including household names across the corporate and not for profit sectors.

The Company is looking for an experienced, qualified and visitor focused Gardens team leader to supervise an experienced team in maintaining and developing the important Fountain Garden section within the Historic landscape around Hampton Court Palace.

Responsibilities:

Fine lawns, Herbaceous borders and floral bedding are the key elements of this garden, all of which are maintained to high standards. You will be hands -on, working alongside your team and ensuring that the gardens are constantly delighting customers and providing the Grand formal setting for our Palace customers and an exceptional venue for the outdoor events using this area. Using modern machinery combined with traditional garden methods and forward planning is how we achieve our objectives and maintain the gardens reputation

To be successful in the role you will:

We will expect you to have formal horticultural qualifications to level III and proven experience in managing a team. A full driving license, leadership training and PA1:PA6 certification would also be advantageous.
