Branch Manager - North London

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for your next step or an experienced Branch Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team in North London, recruiting for the London and M25 area. Your role will be to lead from the front in maximising this exciting opportunity by developing sales opportunities across temps and perms, providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates and taking the branch to the next level.

Working within an established company that promotes cultural and personal responsibility, the ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, the ability to manage, develop and motivate a team of consultants and will have the initiative and vision to develop the branch further.

Ideally you will be either an existing branch manager with previous management or supervisory experience, within the recruitment sector; or be a successful and well-established Recruitment Consultant who is looking to progress by joining a stable and established agency and making a name for yourself in a successful management peer group.

You will need to be a tenacious individual, with a real passion to succeed, along with the ability to motivate a sales team through leading by example.
