Female PE Specialist required (exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) for a full-time position at a Secondary School in South Gloucestershire to start immediately. The position will run up to the end of March initially, however it is very likely to be extended to the end of the academic year. This is a unique opportunity to join a School with a practical, hands-on approach to education, where students are encouraged to actively engage with nature and the environment to support learning. The successful PE Teacher will teach across Key Stages 3,4 and 5. These year groups host some keen learners with a minority of challenging students.
Hours and days will be adjusted on a weekly basis to suit the demands of the School and planned and unplanned absences, therefore it is important that applicants are flexible. Alternatively, job shares will be considered if your availability is restricted to certain days.

-Have experience teaching/ coaching PE or Sports

-Have the ability to build rapport and effective teacher-student relationships
