Purpose:
You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver an outstanding recruitment service by providing timely and accurate administrative support and efficiently deliver the talent acquisition proposition to local business functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 6 month FTC if you are seeking a fast paced business where the recruitment and talent function are thriving. You will take ownership of the end to end internal recruitment process and assessment centres.
Operational Accountabilities:
To manage all the recruitment administration processes relating to attraction and resourcing, including:
- Updating recruitment trackers with live and closed vacancies
- Placing created adverts on all attraction platforms internally and externally
- Actively monitor and maintain internal and external recruitment systems with live jobs
- Arranging interviews, utilising candidate and hiring manager communication templates
- Coordinating and production of interview/assessment packs for hiring managers
- Acting as a main point of contact alongside the TAP for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience
- Assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of assessment centres
- Ensure all feedback notes/interview scoring matrix of candidates from managers are loaded into the system
- Take ownership of all offer details and manage the on boarding process internally and with external suppliers
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the recruitment process, including:
- Create adverts for external attraction platforms
- Brief suppliers on vacancies
- Support the TAP in monitoring and managing applications, ensuring that all candidates receive communications
- Support in interviews if required
Person specification:
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Good technical knowledge of systems, applications and social media and enthusiasm to explore and embrace alternative solutions
- Ability to follow defined process but take a pragmatic approach
- Must be proactive and able to work to tight timescales
