The role I am looking to recruit is an Employment Affairs Adviser for my Trade and Services client who are based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. This is a very varied role and will join a great team within the organisation.

Client Details

My client are a membership body for one of the major trades in Scotland. They have over 1000 members, ranging from sole traders to large blue chip organisations and offer advice on employment law, employee relations, create policies and write documents to support the businesses in complex people situations. They also advise on Health & Safety, training and development.

There is a great culture without time pressures but an understanding that the jobs get done and gets done well. Overtime is positively discouraged.

  • Working with the training manager at a strategic level with SQA, colleges etc.
