We are currently recruiting for a senior service manager to join a national client based in Essex.
The client supports children, young people and adults from all backgrounds across the UK to live as independent a lifestyle as possible. They provide support to those with mental health, complex/behavioural needs and learning disabilities.
You will be supporting the regional manager by managing the services based within the Essex area for the company. You will be dealing with quality assurance, support staff and young people in meetings, liaise with external agencies on a weekly basis, develop relationships and more.
Due to the nature of the role there will be alot of travelling across Essex involved.
This role will require you to have experience managing similar services, have worked with young people with challenging behaviour, an NVQ 4 would be ideal however if you have multi-site management experience and do not have the qualification we can take this into consideration.
