Salary: £11 per hour, OTE £22,000 + Company Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Support Worker role is key to ensuring the organisation maintains its strong brand reputation and embraces best practice and highest standards of service. As part of the team, you will adhere to maintain the organisation's Level A accreditation, which is denoted for "excellence and leaders their field", in QAF national performance standards. The service runs to empower residents and support them on their journey to independent living.

• Undergraduate degree
• At least 2 years' experience as a support worker in mental health services
• Strong computer literacy and skills
• Good knowledge of mental health related illnesses
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Great administration and organisation skills
• Genuine desire to make a difference and help disadvantaged individuals to have better lives
• Warm, friendly, positive demeanour and an open minded attitude
• Thirst for knowledge, strive for excellence and a humble posture of learning
