This Full-service marketing agency is looking to recruit a Digital Account Executive to act as a point of contact for assigned clients and partners, working with Account Director and Head of Marketing to grow and retain their clients' businesses and agency portfolio.
Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver monthly reports with high precision for clients (keyword positions; traffic profiles; attribution modelling; customer journey and review processes).
The role seeks an individual with a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with clients, affiliate publishers, partners and internal teams via email, Skype, phone and face-to-face meetings.
Email marketing: overseeing clients' email strategies from brief to HTML responsive design creation to A/B testing and reporting.
Monitor affiliate publisher performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
Provide support to all team members when necessary.
Social media: overseeing clients' social media activity and ensuring delivery of briefed campaigns to budget; account creation, monitoring, scanning and responding on behalf of the client; posting and scheduling posts; promotions and paid advertising campaigns.
