Do you have the desire and enthusiasm to become a "go-to" product specialist (on Toyota cars) and provide an exceptional customer experience? (Think John Lewis technology department & the great service they provide).

With the passion for new products, technology and customer service you will play a key role within the Toyota dealership. You will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the Toyota brand and products with new owners managing the handover process.

The responsibilities and duties listed below are in addition to the requirements and guidelines set out in the Company’s Employee Handbook. To hand over sold vehicles as requested by Sales professionals under the guidance of the Sales Manager. To provide a courteous, professional and advisory service to all prospects and customers ensuring the maximising of every opportunity and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Specific Duties include:

+ Ensure a prompt and friendly approach to all customers in line with our Sales Process and Manufacturer’s Standard.
+ Always refer the prospect/customer to the Business Manager regarding financial responsibilities (if applicable).
+ Complete all paperwork and IT input to the highest standards in line with Company, Manufacturer and FCA requirements.
+ Ensure the car is in perfect condition at the point of handover and that all necessary documentation is complete. Refer to Sales person for details, as necessary.
+ Report on your daily activity to your Sales Manager. Complete any Manufacturer reports as and when required. 
+ Ensure through training and your own efforts that you have a broad and comprehensive understanding of all the products on offer and the marketing plans in place.
+ Maintain high standards of manner, appearance and integrity.
+ Attend training courses as requested.

Technology Retail Sales Advisor, Retail Sales Product Specialist, Customer Care Advisor (Technology), Graduate Retail Trainee, Retail Product Demonstrator, Vehicle Sales.
