The Company:
Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency offering Search Engine Marketing, SEO, PPC Reputation Management, Content Marketing & Creative Link Building Services.

Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Executive to join them.

The Digital Sales Executive Role:
As the Digital Sales Executive, you will focus on new business opportunities, however the right candidate will be supported with fresh, qualified leads and supplementary marketing activity once they are fully trained.

In this Digital Sales Executive role, you will develop and maintain your own accounts therefore generating regular compounding commission each month.

Although the sales process does require some technical knowledge, full training will be given throughout.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Sales Executive:

  • New Business Development & Prospecting
  • Training & Individual learning
  • Order Fulfilment
  • Account Management
  • Client reporting & forecasting in line with Sales Manager

The Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for established sales professionals, coming from a variety of industry backgrounds. Digital sales experience is advantageous, but not essential as key sales skills are transferrable.

Adaptability is key, as changes in the industry require a flexible sales approach and fast thinking.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A good grasp of English & Mathematics.
  • A hunger to earn significant remuneration
  • A resilience to knock-backs & the ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and email
  • Able to think fast & find the right solution
  • The ability to learn quickly and soak up information

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Sales experience of at least 2 years (successful candidates have come from a broad range of industries to include; Advertising, Recruitment, Finance & Automotive Industries)
  • A proven record of telesales experience (preferably B2B)
  • A history of success in a target driven environment
