Production Co-ordinator- £22,000-£30,000- West London based.

A top corporate merchandise supplier are looking for a Production Co-ordinator to join there team.

The Client supplies merchandise to large corporate clients such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, Barclays, and high end retailers. You will responisble for the production process, liaising with current suppliers in the Far East and building relations with new suppliers.

The key responsibilities:-

- Oversee production of order from pre-production to shipping
- Source new suppliers and maintain successful relationships with existing suppliers (mainly in China)
- Develop quotes and proposals for client presentations and status updates
- Prior to an order being placed you will source appropriate suppliers (existing and new), negotiate and agree expectation: quality, minimum orders, costs, timelines etc. Follow-up with suppliers until a sample is approved for production.
- Once production is approved ensure expectations are being met and proactively follow-up on production, identify and solve any issues during the production.
- Production administration including: Logging sample and production orders on the system and update accordingly

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:-

- Previous exposure with production Co-ordinating
- A knowledge of project management or managing suppliers
- Luxary goods/merchandise sourcing in the Far East
- Good design and quality awareness
- A hands on attitude towards tasks and great communication skills

Some project management experience with sourcing goods (1-2 years)
