Registered Care Home Manager

Are you a home or registered manager? Do you have strong experience within the care sector? Can you manage a residential service for residents with complex care, mental health needs and learning disabilities? Do you live in travelling distance to Bedford?

Due to expansion a vacancy has arisen based in Bedford, for a Registered Manager to join a well established national company in managing their residential service.

The company which has been established for over 20 years, has services all over the UK supporting several different vulnerable client groups including those with autism, mental health, learning disabilities, the elderly and more. This is done via supported living, residential, short breaks and also respite services,

The role which is based in Bedford will see you managing a residential service for clients with complex care, autism and mental health. You will work along side a staff team which has the same desires and passion as you develop and maintain effective working relationships and communication with external agencies, provide leadership and support to staff, lead on CQC inspections and ensure the company is compliant with CQC policies and procedures.

Due to the speciality of the role we would need for you to have a strong background and understanding of mental health/complex care and/or Autism, knowledge of CQC policies and procedures, staff management, recruitment and experience in managing a new service.
