£15,596.75 per annum pro rata

Full and part time hours – casual hours also available £7.98 per hour

Posts Based in Chorley, Leyland, Ormskirk, and Preston

Imagine are an experienced provider of community based mental health and learning disability services across the North West. We have secured a place on Lancashire County Council’s Home Care Framework to deliver Home Care in West Lancashire, Chorley and Preston.

Home care involves delivering care and support in people’s homes.  The client groups include people with mental health needs and learning disabilities and autism.

We require Home Care Workers to support service users to:-

• Gain skills and confidence to achieve greater independence
• Assist service users into socially inclusive opportunities
• Improve health and wellbeing.
• Support with all aspects of daily living

Although experience is preferable candidates with excellent values are sought as full training will be provided.

Flexible hours will be required.

An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this post.
