Support Workers Full and Part Time

The directors, who come from a clinical background and have worked within learning disabilities services for over 30 years, are currently recruiting for support workers for 2 services based in Croydon to join their team.

They currently manage 4 supported living services and 4 residential services across the south east of England.

The aim of your role is to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities within a 3 bedded service. The service holds males and females.

You will join a strong team which has the same goals and passions as yourself, within helping those who are vulnerable to live as independently a life as possible, by supporting the clients

Due to the nature of the role we would need for you to have experience working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and or challenging behaviour, be knowledgeable with CQC policies and be flexible to be on a rota.

We are looking for part time and full time support workers.
