PA & Operational Admin/Manager
Salary: £30,000 40,000 (inclusive of Bonus)

The Role
They are seeking a dynamic, highly organised and articulate PA & Operational Manager that will be working directly with the Director and supporting various operational functions.
This is a fast paced and exciting role, of which they expect the right candidate to take full advantage of the opportunity to get embedded in a growing team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and experienced engineers, scientists, BDMs and consultants.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in developing and implementing admin processes
- Support diary management and meeting organisation
- Updating and reviewing CRM activities
- Creation of client invoices and managing the payment process
- Directly interacting with potential clients by dealing with, face-to-face and telephone.
- Other ad-hoc administrative functions to support the team
- Human resources and Administrative management
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good attention to detail and strong administrative / organisational capabilities
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to perform efficiently and work to tight deadlines
- Motivated to be part of a small but rapidly growing company
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Team player and 'can-do' attitude
- Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience of Salesforce and social media platforms beneficial
