We are currently looking for an empathetic Support Worker to join our team based in Bridlington on a part time, permanent basis working 10 hours per week. You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.00 per hour as well as training & supervision.

CCMS Ltd offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages.  We have a reputation for taking on the more complex cases, and constantly strive to provide the most efficient and effective service possible. We are looking for a Support Worker to become part of our growing, professional team, on a full-time basis.

About the role

As the Support Worker you will be required to work with a 16 year old male with an acquired brain injury living in the family home in Bridlington.

Our client requires prompts and support with regards to all aspects of daily living.

The successful applicant will support access to education plus home rehabilitation activity sessions to implement therapeutic strategies. You will be supported by therapists to aid him to achieve his optimum rehabilitation potential.

No personal care required. 

What we’re looking for in our Support Worker

- Applicants require empathetic approach and the ability to work alongside family and professionals to promote and encourage daily routine and engage in home & community activities is essential.

- Previous experience working with Acquired Brain Injury clients desirable.

- Full UK driving license is preferred
