Fantastic opportunities exist for our client that has been established for over 80 years and are a world leader in manufacturing industrial bakery ovens and associated production machinery for such organisations as bakeries that are supplied worldwide.
Based in Ilkley 5 minutes walk from the train station they produce largish steel fabrications generally they are one offs but some of the fabrications are multiple.
On their behalf we are now looking to recruit a number of Welders/Fitters and fabricators.
You will be working on mild steel, aluminised steel or galvanised and stainless steel.
Ideally you will have your own basic tools and must be able to read drawings.
Ideally you will have both Mig and Tig Welding experience and be able to weld to a food finish standard with minimal distortion along with Mig Welding for mild steel.
This is an on-going contract with good potential to be on-going for 12 months plus working 4 nights per week Mon - Thurs 6 pm - 6 am with overtime after 37.5 hours.
Ideally you will also be required to have your own tools including :-
?? Lockable tool box big enough to fit for example: A sander
?? Welding mask
?? Hammer/s if coming as sheet metal worker
?? 2xGrips (mole)
?? Engineers set Square
?? Metric spanner set
?? Small snips for cleaning weld tips etc
