We have an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established group at a particularly exciting time of their development. The company, who employ over 200 staff, has invested heavily in machinery and buildings and are set to move into their new premises very shortly. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for a team of two and will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, innovative Marketing professional, with proven leadership skills, to drive the business forward forging strong relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.


Key Marketing Manager responsibilities:


· Manage all marketing for the Bradbury Group Ltd., and activities within the marketing department

· Develop the marketing strategy for the company, in line with company objectives

· Develop skills of the marketing department, and perform management duties where required

· Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

· Oversee the company's marketing budget

· Create and publicise marketing materials, in line with marketing plans

· Brand management and corporate identity

· Prepare online and print marketing campaigns

· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications

· Assist with new product launches

· Organise and project manage company events and exhibitions

· Prepare materials for departments requiring marketing support, including (but not limited to) presentations, leaflets, specifications

· Responsible for all internal PR and communications, to ensure the whole Company is informed of business objectives and announcements.

· Regularly update company website and social media pages with engaging, relevant content

· Monitor and appraise performance of marketing department, and ensure resources are used efficiently to help the business achieve its priorities

· Monitor, evaluate and present competitor activity

· Any Ad Hoc duties as and when required


Marketing Manager personal specification:

· Proven experience in a busy sales and marketing team

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· High level management skills, with the ability to invest and grow a dynamic team

· Degree level qualification in business, communications or marketing, or relevant experience

· Flexibility and used to using own initiative

· Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

· Excellent written and spoken English, with a high level of numeracy and IT literacy

· Knowledge of Adobe would be desirable, but not essential

· A team oriented approach and strong business awareness
